En esta ocasión os muestro algunas de las aves que pudimos observar en un viaje a al Valle del Tiétar, un lugar ya de por si precioso. On this occasion I show you some Birds we could watch on a trip to the Tiétar Valley, a place that is already very beautiful by itself. El objetivo prioritario de esta excursión era poder ver y fotografiar las grullas comunes ( Grus grus ) y , con suerte, los chorlitos dorados europeos ( Pluvialis apricaria ). The main target of this trip was to see and photograph Common Cranes and, with luck, European Golden Plovers.

Fue muy fácil ver y fotografiar a las grullas comunes (Grus grus).
It was very easy to see and photograph Common Cranes.
Ahora os muestro las otras aves que pudimos ver en este viaje. Now I show you the other Birds that we saw on this trip.

Lo primero que vimos fue esta pareja de águilas imperiales ibéricas ( Aquila adalberti ). Siento la pésima calidad de la imagen pero la tomé con el teléfono móvil desde el telescopio terrestre.

The first thing we saw was this pair of Spanish Imperial Eagle. I feel sorry about the quality of the image but I took it with the mobile phone from the terrestrial telescope.

Hembra de tarabilla europea ( Saxicola rubicola ).

Macho de gorrión moruno ( Passer hispaniolensis ).

Spanish Sparrow male.

Cogujada común ( Galerida cristata ).

Crested Lark.

Los chorlitos dorados europeos (Pluvialis apricaria ) no quisieron que los fotografiásemos bien.

The European golden plovers did not want to be photograph well.

Y ahora le toca el turno a algunas de las grullas comunes ( Grus grus ) que pudimos fotografiar.

And now it's the turn of some of the Common Cranes that we could photograph.

También vimos bastantes rabilargos ibéricos ( Cyanopica Kooki ).

We also saw several Iberian Magpie.

Alcaudón real meridional ( Lanius meridionalis ).

Southern Grey Shrike.

Macho de cernícalo vulgar ( Falco tinnunculus ).

Common Kestrel male.

  

Ánades frisos ( Anas strepera ).

Gadwalls.

Cuchara Común ( Espatula clypeata ) macho.

Northern Shoveler male.

Este macho se acercó hasta donde estábamos contrariamente a lo que suele ocurrir que se suelen alejar.

This male came to where we were contrary to what usually happens that they tend to move away.

Zorzal charlo ( Turdus viscivorus ).

Cigüeña blanca ( Ciconia ciconia ).

White Stork.

Vimos un total de 11 alcaravanes comunes ( Burhinus oedicnemus ). Solo para aquellos con buena vista en esta foto hay 5.

We saw a total of 11 Stone-curlew. Only for those with good eyesight in this picture there are 5.

En la distancia había más de una veintena de silbones europeos ( Anas penelope ).

In the distance there were more than a score of Eurasian Wigeon.

Un bando de gaviotas reidoras ( Chroicocephalus ridibundus ) y una gaviota sombría ( Larus fuscus ).

Os facilito el encontrar la gaviota sombría (Larus fuscus ).

Vimos una pareja de elanios comunes ( Elanus caeruleus ).

We saw a pair of Black-shouldered Kite.

Otro chorlito dorado europeo ( Pluvialis apricaria ) pero esta vez iba solo.

Another European Golden Plover but this time it was alone.

Ganga ortega ( Pterocles orientalis ). Vimos otro bando muy numeroso pero no pude sacarle ninguna foto.

Black-bellied Sandgrouse. We saw another group very numerous but I could not get any pictures.

Garcilla bueyera ( Bubulcus ibis ).

Cattle Egret.

Avefría europea ( Vanellus vanellus ).

Northern Lapwing.

Son preciosas.

They are beautiful.

Black-headed Gull.
