Esta semana os muestro algunas de las aves que vimos en una excursión al parque Regional del Sureste de la Comunidad de Madrid.
This week I show you some of the birds we saw on a trip to the Southeast Regional Park of the Community of Madrid.
El cliente quería ver y si era posible fotografiar a una bella especie invasora el bengalí rojo (Amandava amandava). En esta época del año los machos están en plumaje nupcial y son muy vistosos. Para ello le llevé al Parque Regional del Sureste de Madrid que hay bastantes.
The customer wanted to see and if possible to photograph an invasive specie the Red Avadavat. At this time of year males are in breeding plumage and are very showy. With this objective I took him to the Southeast Regional Park of Madrid that are many.
El día fue muy caluroso y soleado pero la suerte nos acompañó.
The day was very hot and sunny but we were very lucky.
Estas son algunas de las aves que vimos.
These are some of the birds we saw.
Había muchas lavanderas boyeras (Motacilla flava) tanto jóvenes como adultas.
There were many Yellow Wagtail both juveniles and adults.
Carricerín real (Acrocephalus melanopogon).
Moustached Warbler.
También había muchas cigüeñuelas comunes (Himantopus himantopus).
There were also many Black-winged Stilts.

Estos fueron los primeros machos de bengalí rojo que vimos (Amandava amandava).
These were the first males of Red Avadavat we saw.
Vimos algunas hembras pero todas en vuelo y como son tan pequeñas y rápidas no pude fotografiarlas.
We saw some females but all in flight and as they are so small and fast I could not photograph them.
Avefrías europeas (Vanellus vanellus).
Northern Lapwings.
Vimos dos garzas imperiales (Ardea purpurea).
We saw two Purple Herons.
Ésta estaba anillada con el número 4NA la anilla de color amarillo y el número en negro.
This was ringed with the number 4NA the ring was yellow and the number in black.
Preciosa ave.
Beautiful Bird.
Había muchos aviones zapadores (Riparia riparia).
There were many Sand Martins.
Y también golondrinas comunes (Hirundo rustica). En la foto un adulto.
And also Barn Swallows. In the picture an adult.

Porrón europeo (Aythya ferina).
Common Pochard.
Garcilla bueyera (Bubulcus ibis).
Cattle Egret.
Focha común (Fulica atra).
Common Coot.
Gallineta común (Gallinula chloropus).
Moorhen.
Un bonito macho de libélula flecha roja (Sympetrum sanguineum).
A beautiful male of Scarlet Darter Dragonfly.
