In the following link you can see our next national and foreign Birds and Mammals photographic and observation trips. I hope you like them and I encourage you to come with me. An experience that you will not forget.

This time I show you some of the photos I was able to take on a half-day excursion to the Guadarrama National Park in May. It was about taking photos of some of Birds that inhabit it, with special relevance to the Ortolan Bunting and the Rock Bunting.

It was a sunny morning  with a very pleasant temperature.

The first Birds we were able to photograph were a pair of Rock Sparrow.

As usual at this time of year, Dunnocks  were very well spotted.

As soon as the thermal currents began we started to watch the first Black Vultures.

With its wingspan of almost three meters, they make it the largest Bird of our territory.

As you can see below, we were very lucky with the Ortolan Bunting.

Son muy bonitos y confiados.
They are very pretty and tame.

This is the only migratory Iberian bunting and spends the winter in tropical African regions.

Alondra totovía (Lullula arborea).
Wood Lark.

We saw two pairs of Northern Wheatear. In the photos two males.

Y el otro escribano, el montesino (Emberiza cia).
And the other Bunting, the Rock Bunting.

And to finish I show you this beautiful specimen of an Iberian Rock Lizard.that is endemic to the Iberian Peninsula. It is a male with heat coloration.
